Drew Baird Fitness was created in 2015, but 4 years ago we switched to focus solely on supporting women with their hormonal health. Ever since, we've reinvigorated & revitalised the lives of thousands of women!
We are based on the Mid-North Coast of NSW in a city called Lake Cathie. This is around 4 hours north of Sydney. 
Our office is located in Lake Cathie, which is located on the Mid-North Coast of NSW around 4 hours north of Sydney. However, we ship from Melbourne. 

We ship absolutely anywhere in the world; all continents and countries. It doesn't matter where you are in the world. 

Usually, orders are processed and dispatched the day after you purchase.

As we need to use an external company to ship our products, our pricing is subject to the pricing on Australia Post. You can always find the shipping price at the checkout on your order before actually making the purchase. 
If you ever receive a product that has been damaged, just send us an email at info@drewbairdfitness.com and we will replace the order immediately for you. It's our job to ensure the goods you pay for arrive in perfect condition. 

Depending on whether you're in Australia or international and which shipping method you selected;

Australian domestic: 

Parcel Post: 3-5 business days.

Express Post: 2-4 business days.


International Orders:

Economy Air: 10-20 business days.

Standard: 7-10 business days.

Express: 4-7 business days.

If there's any damage to your product, we will 100% replace it in full. For more information on returns and exchanges, please see our returns policy

Most of the discount codes you receive are for one-time purchases only. This is because the Subscribe & Save option automatically grants 10% off for all orders.

Yep! We’ve made this possible for you. Once you’ve redeemed your reward - as long as it’s a discount - you’ll get a coupon code, which you can then add to your subscription order(s) on your website’s profile. Or, if it’s a new subscription order, just add the code at checkout.

If you are having trouble signing into your account in order to manage your subscription(s), it means that your account & subscription details have been migrated from an alternative H&B Vitamins website - but your login credentials have not

This means, you need to create a new account using your original email address for the website in which you are unable to sign in.

Once created, you will be able to access & manage your subscription(s).

The steps are: 

  1. Visit the website
  2. Create your new account whilst ensuring the email matches the email address you used to set up your product subscription (password can be anything). 
  3. Login to your account to access your subscription(s) and loyalty program.

Unfortunately, the subscription app we use - ReCharge - does not allow for Afterpay payments at this time.
