Getting on the right track
This book has been extremely helpful. I was diagnosed with PCOS 3 years ago and have been really struggling with what I should be eating. Very affordable and I’m not much of a cook and yet find these recipes very easy to make. Am looking forward to trying more products in the future to help me on my journey
